Enigma Variations, Op 36 - this special “Beyond the Score” performance by the Chicago Symphony includes actors, photos, and more to tell the story of Elgar’s famous piece and the characters in his life that may have inspired it! This is so entertaining and informative, you will love it.

Lux Aeterna - this is a setting of the same music for as “Nimrod” from Enigma Variations, this time for choir. Because the Latin words are a prayer for someone who has died, it is often performed in remembrance of soldiers who died in the world wars.
